Where is Urban Baby Co. located?

-Denver, baby!

Do you ship internationally? If so, how much will it cost to my country?

-We sure do! Shipping rates will vary depending on the total weight of the items in your cart as well as your desired method of shipping. You can see the total cost when you go to checkout.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

-Our production time before shipment (on most items) is 5-7 business days. Please note, this does not include weekends or holidays. However, we will do everything to get your order out sooner!

The color on my product looks a little different than on my computer. What's up with that?

-We do our very best to showcase our designs as perfectly as we can on our website. However, every computer monitor is a little different so you can expect colors to vary slightly. 

How do your products fit?

-For the best fit, please reference our sizing charts here.

What printing method do you use?

-Using a combination of a top-of-the-line DTG (direct-to-garment) printer as well as screen printing.

I need my order sooner than the allotted production times. Can you rush it?

-Yes, for a fee of $15.00. This fee ensures your order is processed immediately ahead of other orders. Depending on availability of specific inventory, items will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please email us before placing your order.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

-Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange. Clothing items must be unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. Non-clothing items must be unopened and in their original packaging. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Urban Baby Co.  

-All stuffed toys, hats, headbands, teethers, pacifiers, swaddles, and nursery decor are final sale. Additionally, all items marked as final sale in the product description may not be returned.

-All items must be postmarked for return within 14 days. Urban Baby Co. does not cover return shipping costs, but will happily cover the shipping cost of all outgoing exchanges. In order to return an item, you MUST FIRST email us.

My package says it was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

-We ship packages with delivery confirmation and tracking. Once a package is marked "delivered," Urban Baby Co. is not responsible for missing packages due to theft or postal error. If you have not received a package marked "delivered," please check with your local Post Office.

-If you have any concerns once your package has been received by USPS, you may wish to open an investigation either through your local Post Office, or by calling the main USPS support number at 1 (800) 275-8777 (select carrier to speak to a representative). We have found that recipient-initiated investigations are a smoother process in terms of routing the inquiry through correct channels, so unfortunately we are not able to offer to open the investigation on your behalf.

How do I wash my item?

-Wash inside-out and tumble dry on a low heat setting. However, for best results, wash cold and hang or lay flat to dry.

Do you offer coupon codes, sales, or discounts?

-We do! We typically post info about our sales on our Facebook, Instagram, and through email.

I'm local, can I pick up my order?

-Unfortunately, we currently do not have a storefront and are unable to allow for local pick-up. Our apologies.

Do you donate to any organizations?

-Yes, we donate often to Brittany's Baskets of Hope. We also participate in numerous auctions to benefit many different non-profit organizations.
