If you need to return or exchange goods purchased from Urban Baby Co., they must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of stains, odors, animal hair, and have tags on them. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Urban Baby Co.
Goods must be postmarked for return within 7 days. Urban Baby Co. does not cover return shipping costs, but we’ll happily cover the shipping cost of all outgoing exchanges.

We’ve found that recipient-initiated investigations are a smoother process when routing the inquiry through correct channels, so unfortunately we’re unable to offer to open the investigation on your behalf.
